Another way to keep your health in check: Keep your vital stats at healthy levels, including your blood pressure and cholesterol levels. You can check your blood pressure at many convenient locations, such as drug stores. You can also buy a monitor to measure your blood pressure at home. Keep in mind that determining cholesterol levels requires tests from your doctor.
