Mail-order drug program
Your Blue Medicare Rx plan gives you access to a mail-order prescription service. The Home Delivery Service is provided by Medco Health Solutions. Using this service, you can order your prescriptions online or on the phone and have them delivered to your home. Your first order of a new prescription is limited to a 30-day supply. Thereafter, once you and your provider have determined that a particular medication works well for you, you may order 90-day refills.

Online services
To access the Home Delivery Service online, you will first need to visit medcohealth.com Opens in new window to register. During registration, you will be asked to provide your member ID, which you can find on the front of your BCBSNC Blue Medicare Rx ID card (use the first 9 digits only). Online services include the following:
- Mail-order transactions - You can order refills, renew prescriptions and check the status of your orders online.
- View your prescription claims history - You can review your claims history online or at your local retail pharmacies.
- Drug coverage information - Learn what your prescription copayment will be online or at your retail pharmacy.
- Technical support - Submit a question online or call toll-free 1-800-711-0926. For questions about your benefits, call the number on the back of your Blue Medicare Rx member ID card.
