The BCBSNC Cancer Centers of Excellence program recognizes health care facilities that provide a full range of cancer care services and meet strict national quality selection criteria. The facilities recognized by this program have proven experience performing specialty procedures and have demonstrated consistent quality in several categories: delivery of care, patient safety, favorable overall outcomes and reduced complications rates.
